Slice a string with ANSI escape codes

Type declaration

- (string: string, start: number, end: number): string
- Parameters
  - string: string
    A string with ANSI escape codes. Like one styled by chalk.
  - start: number
    Zero-based index at which to start the slice.
  - end: number
    Zero-based index at which to end the slice.
  Returns string
